When Christie McKellar created Chrysler Café Bar, she had a vision for a venue that was anything but standard. Inspired by the incomparable buzz and style of New York City, Chrysler has risen to become a much-loved boutique café brand gracing Sydney’s bustling CBD.

Every coffee served is crafted from Chrysler’s signature blend of Brazilian, Colombian and Indian Arabica beans, expertly sourced by Christie, roasted and blended to full-bodied perfection.
