When Joseph Mowad and Christie McKellar created Chrysler Café Bar, they had a vision for a venue that was anything but standard. Inspired by the incomparable buzz and style of New York City, Chrysler has risen to become a much-loved boutique café brand gracing multiple sites in Sydney’s bustling CBD.

With a lifetime of hospitality experience between them, Joseph and Christie love what they do, are fanatical about quality, and leave nothing to chance. Every coffee served is crafted from Chrysler’s signature blend of Brazilian, Colombian and Indian Arabica beans, expertly sourced by Joseph and Christie, roasted and blended to full-bodied perfection.
